Evolution Wellness acquires CHi Fitness

Evolution Wellness is pleased to announce that we have acquired the CHi Fitness brand and its Malaysian operations, comprising 13 clubs in the Klang Valley and Penang. Effective 1 October 2018, the CHi Fitness family in Malaysia will become a part of the extended Evolution Wellness network and family.

This acquisition adds a third health club brand to the Evolution Wellness Asia portfolio, which currently includes Celebrity Fitness and Fitness First. We remain the largest fitness club operator in Asia, with a combined network of almost 170 clubs serving 370,000 members.

As we welcome a new member into our family, we remain fully committed to delivering great service to our members and continuing to support them on their health and fitness journey. In time, we’ll share more information with you about new membership options that leverage our extended network of Celebrity Fitness, CHi Fitness and Fitness First clubs. For now, it is business as usual.
